AI MedTech Startup – 2021 to 2023

The AI MedTech company manufactures retina AI risk detection software for early detection of Diabetic Retinopathy and other eye and non-eye related diseases. They contracted with us to join them to build this innovative MedTech startup.

1) Led all “on-the-ground” functions in Singapore for 18 months until CEO relocated from China in October 2022; operating with high level of autonomy and decision making for strategy and business buildout.

2) Recruited and onboarded core team for Compliance, Software Development, Product Management, UI/UX marketing, Clinical Research management in under ten months.

3) Led business development and collaboration effort with local hospitals and health screening clinics; subsequently brought in four health clinics as paying clients in under three months.

4) Project managed global regulatory framework and strategy in preparation for the product’s HSA, CE Mark and FDA submission and certification.

Executive Leadership Coaching Company – 2018 to 2020

We were brought in to analyze the company’s financial statements in order to advise them in determining their most profitable product line (out of three major service offerings). After identifying the line, we established the operations and infrastructure required for the company to focus production for maximized profitability.

1) Provided in-depth analysis on 5+ years of financial statements and redirected resources to the most profitable product line.

2) Major contributor in reshaping product offering and content of one of the major business products.

3) Revamped and set up internal operations and infrastructure by partnering with the founder. Established key standard operating procedures for enterprise infrastructure.
